While I bow to none in my appreciation for the intelligent, seductive and sophisticated beauty of Scarlett Johansson, I've gotta admire the "dumb blonde" act Jessica Simpson has going on.
Let's face it folks, anyone who can make a a career out of portraying herself as a ditzy blonde airhead can't really be stupid, now, can she?
